- Record a motivational video - why are you applying for the LCP position and why should you become the president of the LC Ekaterinburg ? (upload the video to Google drive, the video must be in English)
- Present SSC feedback by people who you worked with (with Name and Potision)
- Make an analysis of the last 3 terms (21|22, 22|23, 23|24) in finance, people and operations. Make conclusions which will be useful for the next term.
- Make Roadmap for the next year for products in our LC (RV, MXP (if you want to run oGT/BD)) !How do you plan to develop products and grow in the number of people during your term?!
- Present LC strategy for the next term (with EB and LC structure)
- Make an approximate budget till 1st of August
- Make a culture map of the LC (symbols, behaviors, values, etc.) - 1 page
- Analyze the compendium of the Local Committee. Suggest at least 3 changes to improve the work and legality of the organization
