1.What does describe you as a person in the best way?
I am a dreamer of the future. For me, deep reflection and constant questions to myself and others are important. At the same time, I am an easy-going, for the idea, optimistic girl.
2.What motivates you to lead AIESEC in Ekaterinburg(AiE)?
-Implement ideas and thoughts
-Become a stronger person
-To give more people leadership experience
-Increase the brand awareness of the organization
3.What are your main goals in life?
*live on a journey
*share your experience with a large audience
*influence the education system in our country
4.What are your 3 main values? How will they influence your decisions a leader?
LOVE
FREEDOM
CONTRIBUTION
It will be important for me not to limit myself and my people in actions. Encourage initiatives for the development of LC. I am for involvement in my experience, because that is how it is useful for you, so I will demand the same from my people
5.How have you changed over the last year? Describe 3 stories that have influenced the most and how?
1)A trip to the project - building an environment and contribution. A year ago I went to an RV project. I got into the most comfortable environment for myself and began to look at the contribution to the world in a different way. After the project, it became important for me to broadcast my personal sincere beliefs more, because there are people who accept it
2)The position of a team leader - new level of leadership. When I became the leader of the team, my thinking changed dramatically, I felt what it means to constantly think not only about personal development, but also about the development of other people. Now it's my belief to cultivate leaders by my side.
3)Getting to know the Customer Experience position - new vision of experience in the organization and a step towards a personal career - When there was a crisis in oGT, it was difficult for me, and a conversation with Yulia Sazanovich about CX became a new breath for me. Now any of my thoughts about working with stakeholders pass through the filter of this direction (I am sincerely interested in studying this outside the organization)
6.What is your personal statement? How does this relate to the vision of AIESEC?
Strive to be yourself. I think the organization puts a lot into this phrase. The environment in which we develop here allows us to get to know ourselves and, accordingly, become the person who hides inside each of us. For me, Aiesec is about leadership in life and about making a big contribution to myself through working with other people. That's cool
FREEDOM IN ACTION
1.What are the 3 biggest challenges AiE is currently facing that will affect the local committee in the next term?
1- financial side (we are downgraded in the status and in the process of closing the debt)
2 - we are sagging in the number of high-quality applications for projects and to the organization (there is no dynamic good conversion in the following stages)
3 - departments that generate revenue are either still at the growth stage, or, conversely, drop
2.Analyze terms 21.22 and 22.23 in AiE (analysis example)
3.What structure do you plan in the LC in the next term?
4.What do you think needs to be done to increase profits?
New Source of Income (EwA|BD)
A new source of income in a separate department (mkt - paid events and partnerships)
Focus on increasing customer loyalty (reviews, content about people relevant to CA) - > more people apply to us/for our projects
