Hello, LC Ekaterinburg
My name is Diana, thank you for opening my application. If you have any questions, please contact me in private messages, I will be happy to answer them
Personal questions

1.What does describe you as a person in the best way?

I am a dreamer of the future. For me, deep reflection and constant questions to myself and others are important. At the same time, I am an easy-going, for the idea, optimistic girl.

2.What motivates you to lead AIESEC in Ekaterinburg(AiE)?

-Implement ideas and thoughts

-Become a stronger person

-To give more people leadership experience

-Increase the brand awareness of the organization

3.What are your main goals in life?

*live on a journey

*share your experience with a large audience

*influence the education system in our country

4.What are your 3 main values? How will they influence your decisions a leader?

LOVE

FREEDOM

CONTRIBUTION

It will be important for me not to limit myself and my people in actions. Encourage initiatives for the development of LC. I am for involvement in my experience, because that is how it is useful for you, so I will demand the same from my people

5.How have you changed over the last year? Describe 3 stories that have influenced the most and how?

1)A trip to the project - building an environment and contribution. A year ago I went to an RV project. I got into the most comfortable environment for myself and began to look at the contribution to the world in a different way. After the project, it became important for me to broadcast my personal sincere beliefs more, because there are people who accept it

2)The position of a team leader - new level of leadership. When I became the leader of the team, my thinking changed dramatically, I felt what it means to constantly think not only about personal development, but also about the development of other people. Now it's my belief to cultivate leaders by my side.

3)Getting to know the Customer Experience position - new vision of experience in the organization and a step towards a personal career - When there was a crisis in oGT, it was difficult for me, and a conversation with Yulia Sazanovich about CX became a new breath for me. Now any of my thoughts about working with stakeholders pass through the filter of this direction (I am sincerely interested in studying this outside the organization)

6.What is your personal statement? How does this relate to the vision of AIESEC?

Strive to be yourself. I think the organization puts a lot into this phrase. The environment in which we develop here allows us to get to know ourselves and, accordingly, become the person who hides inside each of us. For me, Aiesec is about leadership in life and about making a big contribution to myself through working with other people. That's cool

Leadership Triangle
Lead
1.Describe your dream team. By what criteria will you choose people for your team?
dream (goal): we have a common goal that is equally dear to everyone. we complement each other's features. this is the safest place where you feel like you are starting to open up personally
criteria: they cover my growth zones, similar values, the experience of additional involvement in the organization or the desire to get this experience
2.Describe your leadership experinece (3 biggest achievements, 3 biggest regrets and 3 main learnings)
3 biggest achievements: oRV results (personal and my people); Opening and development of the iRV Department;
3 biggest regrets: oGT Department Management; the departure of most members from the organization almost immediately;
3 main learnings:The leader first of all thinks about the process of work, and not about the work itself; There are many limiting beliefs, it's worth listening to yourself first and believing that these beliefs can be changed (and not only in your team); You will be a leader for your people when you become a leader for yourself.
3.What makes you unique as a leader? How will this uniqueness affect the LC and culture?
I know how to trust people and let them make mistakes on their own. My leadership style manifests itself through guiding and inspiring words, as well as through complete openness in relationships with people. I'm not afraid to admit my mistakes, moreover, I share it. This will be reflected in the culture of LC through the words we say (it's OK to make mistakes, be cool, inspire others - grow yourself)
4.What is your ambition for the next term?
Get an invitation to a partnership from an external organization (raising awareness about us)
5.With what vision do you plan to lead the LC?
